The accommodation is located in the municipality of RODEZNO. In the municipality there is a neighborhood of family "calaos" dating from the fifteenth century. For those who want tranquility and enjoy nature there are some routes called "Senderos del Vino" (wine trails)
Located just 6 km from HARO (Capital of Rioja) where you can visit its famous neighborhood of La Estación, or stroll through its streets and enjoy its old town and its gastronomy.
Within a radius of 30 km you can visit villages such as Briones (walk through its streets and views of the Ebro), San Vicente de la Sonsierra (Castle), Najera (Santa Maria La Real), Santo Domingo de la Calzada (Cathedral and old town), Ezcaray (Valdezcaray and hiking), San Millan de la Cogolla (Monasteries of Suso and Yuso).
In order to make your stay in our rural house as pleasant as possible, and you can enjoy the most of its facilities, please make good use of both the facilities and please read carefully the booking conditions.

This accommodation complies with all the security measures recommended by the ICTE.
Measures implemented
- The check-in is done virtually, reducing unnecessary contacts .
- We have redesigned the dining room area so that all tables remain at the minimum safety distance.
- We have meticulously respected the indications in terms of reception and handling of raw materials.
- We have provided hydroalcoholic gel dispensers in the common areas.
- The rooms are thoroughly disinfected with the products recommended by the ICTE and finished with a total disinfection using an ozone generator for air disinfection and good ventilation, since all rooms are exterior.
- The cleaning of sheets and towels is done by a professional laundry, so it complies with safety and disinfection measures.
We have masks and gloves in case any of our guests may need them.
PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY:
Our first floor is accessible, in it we have a room adapted for people with reduced mobility.
Booking conditions:
Our check-in time is from 15:00 h to 20:30 h and check-out time is from 8:00 h to 12:00 h.
We do not have 24-hour reception, so we would appreciate if you could inform us in advance of your arrival time so that we can receive you.
Payment and confirmation of reservations:
To make effective the confirmation of the reservation, a payment of 40% of the total amount of the reservation will be made.
The rest of the reservation will be paid upon arrival, by cash or credit card (VISA or Mastercard).
Supplements, if any, will be paid at the accommodation.
General rules
-Eating and drinking is not allowed inside the rooms, for this purpose tables and chairs are available both in the dining room on the first floor and in the courtyard.
-Smoking is not allowed inside the house. There is a smoking area in the patio on the first floor.
-Please respect the rest of the other guests, mainly from 23:00h. to 9:00h.
-The use of the kitchen is exclusive in the case of full rental of the house. In the case of room rental, it is used to prepare breakfast for the guests,
The cleaning of the room will be done every day from 10:00 to 12:00. The client must indicate if he/she wants the cleaning or not with the due signaling.
Pets are not allowed, there is a hotel for your pet just two kilometers from our accommodation.
In the event of damage due to misuse of the facilities, we reserve the right and hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage caused to your room.
EXTRA BEDS AND CRIBS:
This service will be requested at the time of booking, is subject to availability and the following conditions:
CHILDREN:
- under 2 years old can sleep for free in bed with adults, cribs cost 10€ per booking.
- from 2 to 4 years old free of charge in the same bed as adults.
- from 4 years old, extra bed 25€/30€ per person per night.
ADULTS:
-extra bed 30€ per person and night.
BREAKFAST:
It is served from 9.15 to 10.30 (this schedule can be adapted to the needs of the guest with prior notice in order to organize ourselves).
Please let us know in case of any allergy or intolerance in order to adapt to your needs.
Breakfast is priced at 10 € per person per day, and consists of a buffet breakfast which consists of freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee, tea, infusions, cocoa, milk, jam, butter, bread, homemade cake, tomato, oil, spanish ham, ham, cheese, yogurt and fruit.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Up to 14 days prior to arrival there will be no charge for cancellation of room reservations. For cancellations in the full rental of the entire house 30 days before. In case you have already paid the deposit, it will be refunded by the same method of payment used.
- From 0 to 14/30 days prior to arrival 100% will be charged.
- If the client does not show up 100% of the reservation.
